We would like to invite you to join us for the Title VI meeting on Tuesday, October 15th, at 6:00 PM in the Cheboygan Intermediate/Middle School Library. Title VI is an Indian Education grant that our district receives to provide academic support and promote cultural awareness/education.

The Cheboygan CTE Welding program have worked hard this week, fixing up the trailer and creating the railings to make sure the Hey Wagon for next weekends Tractor and Treats is fun and safe for all! See flyer for scheduled events for the whole family.

The National Honor Society will host a blood drive at the high school on Monday, October 7th. Community members are welcome. If you are 17 or older, you can donate blood to save lives. The B#4 Foundation will host a presentation for students on October 21, 2024. The presentation aims to educate students about the impact of anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses on people and their families and to create meaningful, positive, and helpful dialogue. Parents/Guardians, please take some time to read the letter from Terry Hessbrook, the Founder and presenter of the B#4 Foundation, for more information on the presentation and its story.

Reminder to staff, students, and guardians: Wednesday, October 2nd, has been changed to a FULL school day, and October 16th is now a HALF day.

Students and guardians, the Trine basketball camp this weekend has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. We hope to get something like this on our agenda again soon.

Great effort by the volleyball teams tonight. Freshman, JV, and varsity all swept the Grayling Vikings. The student section was in full force supporting their teams!

Big shout out to Mrs. Knaffle and the CAHS student ambassadors for putting on an amazing 8th grade orientation! It was well organized and helped connect 8th grade students with upper class students who can support them this year. #GoChiefs

9-12th grade class schedules and locker information will be live and available in PowerSchool on Wednesday, August 21st, by noon. If you need access to PowerSchool, please call the HS office at (231)-627-7191 or stop by Thursday the 22nd for help. Office hours are 8:00-3:00 M-F.

Mr. Byrd and Mr. Mix address the 24 students enrolled in our EMC program. Cheboygan High School has partnered with Alpena CC and North Central CC. Excited to where the Early Middle College opportunity goes!
